Magnolia Web Co ("we," "us") designs websites and provides local SEO and related services for small businesses in Magnolia, Texas and the surrounding area. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Prices are given in writing before any work begins. A quote is good for the scope described in it. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. We reserve the right to decline any project.
Projects are typically billed with a deposit up front and the balance on completion, as stated in your written quote. Deposits reserve your build slot and cover work already begun. Deposits and payments for work already performed are non-refundable. All sales are final once the described work has been delivered.
When your project is paid in full, the finished website content and code we built for you are yours. We tell you in writing, before you pay, which parts are owned outright and which are rented or subscription-based (for example third-party hosting, domains, or software). Rented parts remain subject to their providers' terms.
Websites often connect to services we do not control — hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, mapping, analytics, and similar. We are not responsible for those providers' uptime, pricing changes, or policies. Their terms apply to their part of the service.
We build fast, well-structured sites and follow current best practices for local search. We do not control Google, Bing, AI assistants, or any search platform, and we cannot promise a specific ranking, traffic level, call volume, or revenue. Any figures we discuss are estimates, not guarantees.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue in the twelve months before the claim. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of the content you provide, your use of the site, or your business operations.
We respect your privacy and the privacy of your site's visitors. We do not sell personal information. Information submitted through a contact form on this site is used to respond to your inquiry. We share information only as needed to provide the service or where required by law.
If you choose to check the optional consent box on our contact form, you agree we may text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to texts is never required to receive a quote or hire us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Montgomery County, Texas. We'll always try to work it out with a phone call first.
